THE ROLE


CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR (CSO)
Working at Black & White Cabs is about providing a service level that makes all the difference to our customers.  Our CSOs have a passion for customer service and thrive on providing solutions for a variety of issues and love working in a fast paced environment.  If these principles echo your experience in hospitality or customer service and has lead you to thrive on new and exciting opportunities, this may be the perfect role for you.

Your role at Black & White Cabs will have you handling incoming calls and be the voice for our company.  You will handle a range of cab bookings and have the ability to handle dynamic situations.  We provide full training and support for all our staff and cultivate opportunities for growth within the company. 

 

QUERY OPERATOR
Black & White Cabs Query Operators connect and interact with our taxi drivers on a variety of enquiries.  Query Operators are a critical element of our Call Centre team; with the responsibility of ensuring the taxi journeys are properly dispatched, the drivers are on-time and have a detailed understanding of the pick-up location.

Communication is the core of our company; our modern Call Centre provides employees with the appropriate tools to ensure our people maintain a high level of service standards to our customers as well as our drivers.  This is a solution based role; providing support and resolutions for our drivers makes you a key player in delivering efficient customer service for our company.

COMMUNITY & CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
Black & White Cabs provides a number of special services to a variety of Community and Corporate groups.  Responsible for an entire portfolio of client relationships with a range of unique needs, you will serve as the primary contact for the individual corporate or community account, which requires emphasis on exceptional customer service skills and a thorough understanding of our customers' needs.

Our Corporate and Community customers are vital to the success of Black & White Cabs.  Each account requires individual tailored needs and it is vital that the account representative can identify with these needs and provide support for the customer as well as the taxi drivers.  Understanding, evaluating and providing solutions for the customer's needs is a critical element to this role and requires highly motivated individuals with superior organisational skills.

BLACK & WHITE CABS QUALITY POLICY




The principle activity of Black & White Cabs is to provide prompt and efficient transportation services that will meet or exceed our Customer's expectations.  The Company also provides administrative services for all affiliates including Owners, Operators and Drivers of Taxis and training for Taxi Drivers to ensure our drivers are competent to drive Black & White Cabs, understand our rules of operation and the Transport Act and Regulations.
